MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT OF HEARING

Plaintiff, by the undersigned counsel, respectfully states that:

1. The above-entitled is set for hearing on May 22, 2021

2. Counsel for plaintiff is sick and is suffering from gastroenteritis and has been advised by
his physician for rest for at least one (1) week, as evidenced by the doctor’s certification,
under oath attached hereto as “Annex A”; and
3. The appearance of the plaintiff’s counsel is indispensable because he will facilitate the
presentation of witness and cross-examination.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the hearing set on May be rest to another day
preferably on the 3rd week of May 2021 or at the convenience of this Honorable Court.
