Some believes that satisfaction is the reason of
performance, while others believes that performance
leads to satisfaction.in effect, if someone is happy with
their job they will perform better, but to be satisfied
they have to perform to obtain that satisfaction.
Higher productivity, reduced levels of unionization,
better working environment and faster and sustainable
growth are sone of the products of higher job
satisfaction. If employees feel their work is interesting,
they may be willing to give extra efforts.

Accurately measuring job satisfaction is a challenging
job for many organizations.

Components of job satisfaction includes evaluative
component, cognitive component, affective component.
A study was undertaken in a multinational company
l&t. There are numerous components beneath which
fulfillment shifted from one individual to another for a
better position representative fulfillment level would be
distinctive and for lower position worker the level of
fulfillment would be diverse The major angles from
which the representatives are exceedingly disappointed
are their compensation, adaptability in the working
hours, transportation offices, association between the
pay and execution and training offices, my proposal
would be to see into the issue for the taking after angles
leading to expanded fulfillment levels within the
representatives which in conclusion would surrender
way better comes about on the work front too
Additional hours worked can be remunerated with over
time. Effective human resource management must be
practiced at both strategic and day to day levels HR
management practices must reflect company policy as
to how it will manage and relate to its employees. HR
should take adequate steps to be aware of employee’s
problems and try to solve them creatively to a great
extent. The most obvious and major findings observed
from this study is the clear specification of Job
Satisfaction as a top motivator among today’s future
employees.
Conclusion
Researchers have noted that job satisfaction lives vary
within the extent to that they measure feelings
concerning the work or cognitions concerning the work.

This could be the work normally or their attitudes


towards specific aspects of it, like their colleagues, pay
or operating conditions.

Also, the extent to that work outcomes meet or exceed


expectations might verify the amount of job
satisfaction.

However, it's not solely concerning what quantity
