Rationale and Instruction:

The country’s educational system is currently being challenged by the COVID-19 pandemic. As of this moment,
traditional or face-to-face learning in all levels is restricted. This compels Balud Municipal College to plan for
other alternative learning methods that can be done remotely, which means that students study on their own
while at home. The proposed alternative learning methods are the following:
1) E-learning or electronic learning, which utilizes electronic gadgets and sometimes using the internet;
and
2) Module-based learning, which uses printed learning materials like handbooks
This survey assesses the readiness of students on different aspects of the proposed alternative learning to help
our school formulate the best method/s to be implemented.
