Dear Mrs Lutsenko,

I am writing to apply for the position of English teacher, as advertised on Work.ua website.
During and since completing my BA in Secondary Education I have been working as a private
tutor with pupils and gained valuable practical experience in cooperating with children of all
ages. Moreover, I was working as a teacher for toddlers from September 2019 till March 2020 in
the Helen Doron private educational center. That experience gave me reliable practice of
psychology and methodology theoretical basics I was taught in the university.
In particular, I understood how to organize and run lessons in the best possible and suitable way
for teachers and students. For instance, as I was working with toddlers and teachers I was
supposed to achieve a hard task: to teach both children and parents conducting a lesson for a
dramatically different ages. Through having much experience, ups and downs I saw how my
skills were changing from amateur to mainly knowing ones. Now I believe I am able to give a
qualitative lesson to a group or a single student.
My continuous self-employment is still private tutoring. I am happy to communicate with
people, especially with schoolchildren. It covers my personal satisfaction and improves my
teaching resources. I feel that the knowledge and skills I learned in the university can be also
directly applied in teaching young people and adults at your thriving language school.
The reason I apply for this position is to learn and get in touch with modern generation more and
reveal all my teaching talents. I would very much welcome the opportunity of an interview to
explain how I can combine my interest and knowledge in this subject with my management and
coordination experience.
