1. Pickup and Drop time is subject to the availability of drivers.


Payment should be made in full during the time of vehicle delivery. In case the amount is not confirmed then, a tentative

amount will be levied by GoMechanic.
3. Inventory discrepancies will not be entertained once the checks are confirmed by the owner at the time of vehicle delivery.
GoMechanic will not be held liable for any delay in vehicle delivery, due to certain conditions beyond the control of

GoMechanic.
5. Garaging cost (500/day) will be levied by GoMechanic if
a. Formal approval for vehicle service (denting/painting, accidental repairs or repairs under insurance) is not provided by the
customer within 7 days.
b. Formal approval for vehicle service is not provided by the customer within 3 days for any other job.
c. Repair charges are unpaid or the car is not picked up within seven days post completion of work.
6. Fuel consumed during vehicle transport will be borne by the customer.
All personal belongings should be removed before sending the vehicle to the workshop. GoMechanic will not be held

responsible for any loss.
Full payment will be made by to the designated driver (assigned by GoMechanic) upon successful vehicle delivery. In case of

any job discrepancy, no payment should be held up by the customer.
Vehicles which have undergone bodywork/Denting/Painting will only be dispatched for delivery upon successful payment

and a final inspection and approval from the customer.
GoMechanic will not be held accountable for any damages to the vehicle during road test/transport/garaging or due to any
10.
unexpected weather conditions beyond the control of GoMechanic.
Repair estimate is prepared on the basis of repair request from the customer and is subject to change. A supplementary
11. estimate for additional repairs/spare parts/accessories will be required and in the opinion of the company, is essential to
effectively complete the repairs.
Labour or/and material costs for the job covered under warranty will be accepted only if the vehicle is serviced and maintained
12. with GoMechanic according to the periodic schedule. Any damages, occurred due to negligence in periodic
service/maintenance, rash driving or any laxity from vehicle owner's end will be not covered under the warranty.
Services provided by GoMechanic are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Services under this
13. warranty clause are covered for a period of 1 months or 1000 kms, whichever is earlier (Warranty period for exceptional
cases will be specified).
Compensation under warranty is only limited to either repair or replacement. Any repairs or replacements carried out under
14.
warranty is solely at the discretion of GoMechanic upon inspection.
Under the warranty clause, GoMechanic liability is limited to the value of the service, repairs/replacement of parts found to be
15.
defective within the warranty period.
Warranty service for the tyres/batteries or any other 3rd party consumable shall be provided directly by the respective
16.
supplier/manufacturer.
Customers are requested to check their car to their entire satisfaction at the time of delivery, after repair/service no
17.
subsequent claims will be entertained.
18. Only the Gurugram court shall have the jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
