PVS 6.1/7.6/7.15 LTSR.

updates for new image build rollouts
Responsible for any type of changes like upgrade of software, new software installation, Publish
application in Citrix.
Created Target Devices using PVS Console and assigning vDisks to them.
Reimaged Blades having issues.
Worked with windows team if there any hardware issue persists in Servers and Blades.
Provide end-user support via telephone, email, remote-assistance and desk-side.
Configuring Farm settings, ICA Sessions and Policies.
Installation and configuration of streaming applications.
Configuration of Health Monitoring alerts on all servers in the farm
Served as Level2 escalation, providing assistance to level1 technical teams with complex issues
Basic Knowledge and trouble shoot of Polices and printers.
Review the Event Logs for Errors and troubleshooting accordingly.
