Do’s & Don’ts to be followed by Dealers and their Store Staff

DA GENERATION

 IDFC FIRST generates and sends system generated online Delivery Advice (DA) to the registered
ID of the store for every case. These mails are sent from ID -system@capfirst.com, and should be
accepted only from this ID. DA from any id other than this is not a valid DA. The goods should be
delivered only at the address which is mentioned on the DA.
 Dealer needs to share the email ID of each store manager and their central finance team to
whom these Delivery Advices can be mailed. It is the responsibility of the dealer to inform IDFC
FIRST if there is any change in email id and gets the same updated in IDFC FIRST records by
mailing us at dealer.mgmt@capfirst.com.
 The Dealer can know the status/deduction/net disbursed amount of any loan application no., by
sending the following SMS “DA SFDC ID” to 8007010809.
 Kindly note the validity of DA will be 15 days from the date of issuance. On expiry of the validity
period IDFC FIRST will not honor that DA.

DELIVERY & POST DELIVERY

 At the time of delivery, the photo of the below requirement needs to be clicked and uploaded
on IDFC FIRST Delivery App.

1) Delivery Challan
2) Photo box with person receiving the goods, outside customer’s residence
3) Photo of Asset serial no. being delivered

 IDFC FIRST Bank Delivery app is available on Google Play Store by the name “IDFC FIRST

 Whenever required, dealer needs to provide the Delivery Challan to IDFC FIRST Bank, where the
customer cannot be traced but it is claimed that the goods are delivered at the address
mentioned on DA, dealer’s staff will have to do a joint visit with the IDFC FIRST team to establish
the same
 Dealer staff is expected to verify the customer name as mentioned in DA with the original Photo
ID of the person to whom they are delivering the goods
 Do note that we provide instant loan approval without any residence verification only basis the
fact that our partners are delivering goods at the address provided in KYC documents given to us
by the customer. As a result if ever the delivery person has any doubt about the address or the
recipient, the goods should not be delivered and IDFC FIRST should be informed about the same

 In case of digital products, dealer has to ensure that in all the cases, customer photo in original
ID proof shown by customer to store staff is same as the customer at store. The name on the ID
proof should match the name of the customer on DA. It will be the responsibility of the dealer to
take acknowledgement of the delivery of the product to the customer.
 In case of non-digital products, Dealer has to ensure that the delivery of the product is done on
the same address given in DA

BILLING & RECON

 IDFC FIRST is not liable to pay for cases where delivery has been made at an address different
from that mentioned on the DA or for products delivered over the counter.
 Products should be delivered to the customer only at the address mentioned on the DA , and
only after receipt of online DA from the registered ID as stated above.
 For all mobiles that are financed, DA copy should mandatorily carry the IMEI no. of the same
and should match with the IMEI mentioned on the invoice. Date on the invoice should not
exceed beyond 15 days from the date on the DA. It is mandatory to capture Serial number on
Invoice in case of Durable goods.
 IDFC FIRST will not take responsibility of payment for cases where invoicing is done on the basis
of Manual DAs.
 Invoices should have the address of the customer as per the KYC documents submitted by the
customer. Hand written invoices / any manual correction on invoices will not be accepted by
IDFC FIRST. We strictly only follow the system generated invoice. No modification on the invoice
is accepted by IDFC FIRST.
 DA to be checked for correct dealer name & customer name before accepting the same.
 In case a product isn’t delivered/ transaction is cancelled due to defective product/ product is
exchanged by the customer, it is dealer’s responsibility to inform IDFC FIRST of the same, and
foreclose the loan by paying the POS with charges/foreclosure amount. In case the dealer
doesn’t close the loan then IDFC FIRST will close the loan and recover the POS with penalty /
foreclosure charges from future payments of the dealer.
 Under no circumstance, dealer should resort to unfair means of business like cash funding/
preparation of forged documents/ funding of cases referred by the broker. If found out then
IDFC FIRST has the right to take legal action against the said dealer until the payment for these
cases along with the subvention loss is paid back by him. In case of any suspicious activity, Agent
funding cases it is the responsibility of the dealer to inform IDFC FIRST and not process such
cases.
 As per policy no loans to be given to the dealer staff. In any situation with special approval if any
loan is advanced then outstanding dues if any to be paid by the dealer.
 Similarly no loans will be given to IDFC FIRST representative/or their family members stationed
at the store for the purchase of any product, unless approved by the IDFC FIRST regional head of
that location. Hence no invoicing to be done for the said product till all approvals are in place.
 In case dealer sells a product of any brand for which he is not an authorized dealer, as confirmed
by the manufacturer, entire subvention loss along with a penalty will be deducted from all kinds
of payout to the dealers till the time the loss is recovered.
