Eating Healthy Food

A very good morning to the honourable judges, respected teachers,


and all my friends. My name is…. Today, I would like to present a public
speech about ‘Eating Healthy Food’.

Ladies and gentlemen:

Eating healthy foods are one of the many good choices in life that
you can benefit from. There are several ways in which eating healthy food
can help you.

If you are a sports person, it can give you more strength and
stamina. Or if you are lacking energy in the afternoon, a good and healthy
lunch would act as a refresher. It will also make you feel better in many
ways.

Stamina, endurance and power are needed in sports. Eating healthy


foods are a key source to get those. Exercise and balanced diets are good
choices. You have to avoid fatty food to lower the cholesterol level in the
body.

Ladies and gentlemen:

Do you know that it is important to eat at the right time of a day?


Healthy food at the right time of the day will help you get through the
day without feeling tired and it will give you that right amount of energy.

A good healthy balanced breakfast is where you start your day


eating right and getting most of your energy. You should eat eggs,
chapati, cereal and some milk to start an active day.

Lunch should consist of high amounts of minerals, carbohydrate,


protein and vitamins that your body needs. Lunch is where you get the
energy to go through the rest of the day.

What about dinner? We should eat our dinner four hours before we
sleep. This will help us to have enough time to digest our food and we will
be able to absorb all the nutrients well.

In conclusion, we should make good choices in life by eating healthy
