Dear Member,
The launch of the highly-anticipated new MLS® System interface is almost here. Today, we are introducing
you to REALM™. It's a revolutionary new Multi-List Platform (MLP) combining GeoWarehouse® and MLS®
System information into a new Collaborate to give you an exceptional user experience. This innovation will
cement your integral role in all facets of real estate, including the home ownership journey, rental market and
commercial spaces.
REALM will be powered by the recent partnership announcement   utilizing the strength and expertise of
three leaders in the real estate space - TRREB, Teranet Inc., and AMP Systems LLC (a sister company of
Stratus Data Systems).
Here's what you can expect:
REALM presents a whole new world of possibilities.

It is a single user-friendly, modern, intuitive, desktop and mobile interface, dashboard and app, that will
make accessing market information and reports you want and need much easier.
The new REALM saves you time by allowing you to put your expertise to work all in one place.

It enables you to optimize your business practices all within a cross-platform workflow. REALM does
this by integrating land registry and other third-party data with a customizable advanced Multi-List
Platform, including a new add/edit interface and search functionality.
A new era of real estate with the best-in-class seamless user experience.

REALM ushers in transparent, informed, client-centric interactions and relationships with the new
version of Collaborate that will help you solidify your position as authoritative property and market
experts. It offers a new way for you to collaborate with clients by providing in-depth searches, activity
notifications, suggestions, favourites, messaging and more in a single, mobile-friendly design.

The MLP of the future.

It leverages the new Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) compliant back-end combined with a
contemporary front-end that will provide you the most robust mobile end-to-end MLP.
What's next:
We will roll out REALM to TRREB and partner board Members in the fall and it will run parallel to the existing
Stratus platform for at least one full year. We will also offer REALM training courses and demonstrations to all
TRREB and partner board Members, regardless of their current front-end of choice. Eventually, you will be
able to choose between REALM and Matrix to access TRREB's MLS® System.
And that's not all - in the future, Blockchain technology will be a bonus feature of REALM that will help you
manage and facilitate an efficient and seamless real estate transaction, from contract to conveyance, while
reducing risk and accelerating timelines.
As always, we will share key capabilities and major milestones with you every step of the way through emails,
videos and microsites like TheNewREALM.ca   where you can view a detailed FAQ. 
