DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY
ACTION TAKEN
Client requested to play old recordings last May 2019 on Verint Portal.
Try to configure new Archive Media and assigned the old path of archive which old recordings stored
(PCIC HDD 12 drive).
Create replay drive for old archiving of Pandacan recorder server.
All files or recordings stored in PCIC HDD 12 drive must be transferred to PCIC Verint Backup drive to
be played. And since the space is not enough, we transfer first the needed dates May 28 to 29, 2019.
Check the specific recordings in Interactions and confirm by the client that they can now play it.
FINDINGS
• To play old recordings on Verint portal, old recordings stored on old archive drive must be
transferred to the new Archive drive.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended to please use only one drive for all the archive recordings and increase the size of
the drive since the space is not enough for all the recordings. All files or recordings stored in PCIC
HDD 12 drive must be transferred to PCIC Verint Backup to be played in Verint Portal.
