ORDER:- In the Government Order first read above, Administrative Sanction was accorded among others, for the construction of IT! building and ITI hostel at Vadakarai, Tiruvallur District at a total cost of Rs.8.78 crore, In the above said order, a sum of Rs.26,02,000/- has been sanctioned to meet out the expenditure for the financial year 2015-2016. Further, it has been ordered that Hostel building will be constructed at a cost of Rs. 1 crore. 2. In the Government Order second read above, Financial Sanction was accorded for the construction of ‘ITI building and to meet out staff & other expenditure. 3. In the letter 4" read above, the Director, Adi Dravidar Welfare has stated that during the financial year 2015-2016, the sanctioned amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/- for the construction of ITI hostel building at Vadakarai, Tiruvallur Disirict could not able to be drawn and surrendered due to some administrative reasons. Further, the Director, ‘Adi Dravidar Welfare has stated that curing the financial year 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 no amount has been allocated for the construction of ITI hostel building at Vadakarai, Tiruvallur District. Accordingly, he requested the Goverment to issue the order for financial sanction of an amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/- for the construction of IT! hostel building at Vadakarai, Tiruvallur District at an early date. 5. The Government, after careful examination, have decided to accord Financial Sanction of Re.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore only) for the construction of IT! hostel building at Vadakarai, Tiruvallur District during the financial year 2019-2020. 6. The Director, Adi Dravidar Welfare is authorized to draw and release the amount to TAHDCO to execute the works sanctioned in para-5 above.
