inclusive means of providing all children with the skills, attitudes, values,
knowledge and understanding which will help them later on in life

- It is important because it can used as a tool recovery from trauma and

conflict. It also encourages attending school regularly.

Objectives of Physical Education

-Physical Education aims to enhance the body’s capacity to do certain tasks

and learn different skills. Through participation in P.E. activities, a person
develops his mental capacities as he discovers ways of improving his
movements.
The informal nature of P.E. activities aims towards opportunities for self-
expression which helps you gain self-confidence, self-control, and
determination. Participation in P.E. activities provides opportunities for the
development of desirable social traits needed for a better life.

3. Accorsing to Aristotle, the body is the temple of soul. Plato said to send all
to the masters of physical training so that our bodies can cater to mind. While
Socrates stated that it is disgraceful to not to grow old and not know the full
potential of our bodies. All their statements lead to the same meaning. Our
bodies are instruments of our minds. One cannot have a healthy mind without
first having a healthy body. All our lives we chase after beauty and the
accomplishment of feeling good. When in fact a happiness can only be felt
after achieving something you worked hard for. Exercising both mind and
brain go hand in hand. Our bodies can achieve anything with the right state of
mind.

Plato implies the significance of training our bodies so that it may be able to
cater to our mind. Our body and mind must work as one in order achieve our
