To Whom It May Concern:

Northside High School Band Boosters is a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Our EIN is 03-
0401690. We are currently raising funds to support our band program. Northside High School
Band is the newest band program in Onslow County, and we are growing rather quickly with
over one hundred students active in the program. Unfortunately, our funds have not experienced
the same growth and we need the help of the community. We need more instruments, as well as
repairs to many of the instruments we currently have. The band program reaches students by
means of marching band, two concert bands, a basketball pep band, a pit orchestra, and various
small ensembles. Our program represents our community at All County, All District, state and
National events annually. These opportunities cannot happen without the support of our friends
and family and partners in the community.

Our students and parents are approaching local businesses requesting donations with the full
support of Mr. Aaron Kingsberry, Director of Bands, and the Band Booster Executive Board. If
you can assist us in any way, through donations of money or products, it would be greatly
appreciated. Any checks should be made payable to NHS Band Boosters and all donations are
tax deductible.

several thousand people in attendance. This is a great opportunity to market your business.
