4 VALIDITY 30 days
5 WARRENTY Only equipment’s are under warranty for a period of 1 year from supply date. Only equipment is
covered under warranty, physical damage and disposable accessories will not be covered.
6 UNPRECEDENTED All price quoted will be subject to change without notice. In event of war, pertaining to import,
EVENTS currency fluctuation etc price would be applicable as per prevalent price at the time of delivery.
7 DISPUTED Any dispute will be subject to Indore jurisdiction.
8 TAX GST applied as per government norms.
9 Service All services shall be provided from the Indore office.
10 In case of payment After system commissioning, if there is delay in payment (more than 15 days) interest will be
delay charged @2% per month on outstanding amount. Any other terms and conditions not mentioned
over here shall be as per mutual agreement.
