MOTION TO FIX AND TO POST BAIL

Accused by himself respectfully states that:

1. That the accused are charged with the above-entitled offense of RIR in Damage to
Property and Serious Physical Injury.

2. That accused in the above-entitled case where the bail for his provisional liberty is fixed
at Php ______________________ for RIR in Damage to Property and Php
______________ in Serious Physical Injury;

3. That accused is willing and able to post bail for his temporary liberty effective upon
approval, and shall in force at all stages of the proceeding in this case;

4. That the herein accused promised to the Honorable Court that he will attend/appear in
all his hearing until its proper disposition;

5. That accused shall undertake to appear before this Honorable Court whenever so
required and his failure to appear therewith without justification shall be deemed on
express waiver of his right to be present on the date specified in the notice.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed for that the undersigned be allowed
to post bail, for his temporary liberty during the pendency of the case.

Accused further prays for other relief and remedies as law and justice may require.
