SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That we, JUBY D. GRANADA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Ceres Compound, Bagacay,
Dumaguete, Negros Oriental, INOCENTES D. GRANADA, also of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Sta.
Cruz Heights, Brgy. Banquerohan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, and MA. JEAN G. SALES, of legal age,
Filipino, and a resident of Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, all legal heirs of the late RUSSELL D. GRANADA,
do hereby name, constitute and appoint HAZEL D. GRANADA, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and a resident
of 1 Cor. Gonzaga-Jalandoni St., Brgy. II, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, to be our true and lawful attorney-
in-fact for us and in our name, place and stead and to perform the following acts, namely:

1. To represent us, follow up on, manage, and process all documents and papers which may be
required for all proceedings in any and all relevant offices in connection to the processing for any
and all death and burial benefits of our late brother, Russell D. Granada,
2. To sign and receive any or all documents and pay all fees and/or payments that may be necessary
for the abovementioned purposes;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority to all intents and
purposes as we might/could do if personally present and acting in person and hereby RATIFYING and
CONFIRMING all that our said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
