Dear Sir,

With above reference (9),the document was concurred. Further, AIL vide above reference (10)
submitted the revised documents on 11kV SPBD Terminal Drawing, Rev.C to MOHEM/WAPCOS for
review/approval. The submitted document has been reviewed by WAPCOS and WAPCOS observations
v had been issued by reference (11). However, AIL submitted their clarification by email dated
13.05.2021 and found to be complied our all quaries. Accordingly, WAPCOS hereby recommend/re-
concurs the following document for MOHEM approval:

AIL is requested take care the aspect in Excitation Transformer design, which already intimated vide
above reference(9). Any change in approved bus duct drawing due to above shall be done by AIL.

However, concurrence of this document does not relieve the contractor of any responsibility for
Accuracy, Correctness of Design, Drawing, Fabrication, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and
Satisfactory Performance of the Equipment at the site and Guarantee etc. under the contract.
