was made and found whitish"frrid in / around cervix. tJLf out the fluid and made a slide
of the fluld also. Preserved if.lb uirc"r" of the body t,n"r" r"s no oefence wound. I
wanted to rule out any poi"o'iing. .POpened the skull of.the body.l found fracture of skull
on both left and right sides. T.f.rere was hematoma present corresponding to the fracture
showing that this was first iniury. The fracture originqied on left side and traversed to
right-siffikull. I came out of the PM room with rny rctes and started making the
