How are documents authenticated?

A document can be authenticated when the document itself was considered to be original. And
also if it does bears a recognizable seal or signature. The authentication proves that the
document is considered to be genuine if it has both signature and seal.

Are primary sources superior than the secondary sources?, Why?

Most research uses both primary and secondary sources. They complement each

other to help you build a convincing argument.

The primary sources are superior than the secondary sources because the former are
considered to be more credible as an evidence. Moreover, it does provide a window into the
past in which it does unfiltered the records of social, scientific and political thought and
achievement during the past period of time, that was produced by people who lived during that
time itself.

Primary sources are more credible as evidence, but secondary sources show how your work
relates to existing research\\ Primary research usually costs more and often takes longer to
conduct than

secondary research, but it gives conclusive results. Secondary research is a type of research

that has already been compiled, gathered, organized and published by others.

Primary sources provide a window into the past — unfiltered access to the record of social,
scientific and political thought and achievement during a past time period, produced by people
who lived during that time.
