1. How did your community influence your behavior? cite one culture in your community
and reflect on a particular behavior you have. Discuss how this particular community
culture influenced the development of your particular behavior.

All humans’ behavior is affected by social influences to some extent. The level of
influence will vary from person to person, depending on the several factors, such as self-esteem,
their level of self-awareness, morals, and values. People do many things to ensure they are
accepted by the people in their community and to keep from being ostracized by individuals
around them. People around us considering myself, are frequently guided by their own sense of
right and wrong, and make logical decisions as a result. They will, nevertheless, at times utterly
push their own unique personality. Everyone adapt their behavior to match the needs of a social
context, which is referred to as social influence. Our culture influences how we live
harmoniously, as well as how we understand ourselves and others. It has an impact on our
values, or what we regard to be right and wrong. This is how the society in which we live has an
impact on our decisions. However, our decisions have the potential to affect others and, as a
result, help shape our society.

2. In what way can culture negatively affect the development of a person's moral behavior?

The most widely held belief is that culture is a huge factor of an individual's ethical
philosophy, which influences their desire to act ethically. To put it another way, culture serves as
a criterion for judging if certain behaviors are proper and acceptable. Humility, self-esteem,
politeness, and assertiveness are all values that are influenced by culture. Culture has an impact
on how you view difficulties and how you feel about relying on others.
