 what is your greatest professional strength ?

My greatest professional strength is programming. I’ve been learning programming since I
was
In first years. Something I spend 6 hours coding about website backend and I’ve won lots of
programming awards.

what do you consider to be your weakness ?

My weakness is less of confident. I always tremble when I have to presentation in front of many
people. I was realize this problem and everyday I pratice giving presentation in front of the
mirror and now, that improve a lot. I hope one day I will have confidence in speaking in front of
many people

what are you looking for in a new job ?

I looking for the job where I can use all the knowledge and strengths that I have. I want to
contribute to the development and success of the company.

how do you deal with pressure or stressful situations ?

I will listen to my favorite music and calm down. then think about each step to solve the
problem and solve it step by step

I pay too much attention to details so it often takes me too long to fix small problems. I want to
spend more time on other things.

Currently I am learning java programming language, spring boot framework, java servlet,

Database, Structure. My Long-Term is to work at FPT company as a website developer,and

learn all java web language and know all about java web framework.

what do you like to do when you are not working?

When I am not working I often participate in volunteer activities and help clean the
environment.

Failure bring a value lesson to me. Because of it. I have gained more experience and do the
work more carefully

what are you like working in a team?

When I working in a team, I’m a responsible people. I always finishs my deadliness on time. I
am eager to learn and if anyone ask me anything, I’ll help them with all my heart.

What kind of person do you not like to work with ?

I don’t like working with irresponsible people. They always late the deadline and do not pay
attention to work. When I was in my old team, there was a member in my team always late the
deadline and affects the whole project.

why are you leaving your current job ?

my family will move to Ho Chi Minh city next week and my old job was in Da Nang city so i have
to leave my old company and apply for a job in the new city to be able to work near my home.

I am studying at Duy Tan University and I will graduate in 2022
. I want to work at FPT company as a website developer. I have 1 year of
experience in Java programming language,and have understand springboot framework, servlet
and have understanding of font-end. I want to become a back-end developer in the future.
