Q:1

Solution:
One factor that has a significant impact on employees job performance is how they respond to a
specific circumstance that occurs at work. And as we have mentioned, moods are less intense
than emotion, and they do not necessarily the occurrence of a specific event. Moods can lead a
person to a positive or negative emotion.

Kashmala is a lively young lady with a huge heart. Kashmala enjoys what she does, that is the
reason she was promoted within a year. To know about Kashmala’s most likely feeling we saw
the “The structure of mood”.

Kashmala would have a “High positive effect” on her moods, according to the mood structure.

So in this case according to his boss, she is satisfied in all circumstances, works with excitement,
and is always eager to take on new tasks, so she has developed a positive mood toward his work,
so her moods are guided in a positive direction.

If the boss is disrespectful to her in the situation above, he may have created a negative or bad
mood, which she may negative experience, and which may affect her job performance. As
previously mentioned, positivity offset refers to a person's ability to respond positively to a given
situation. As a result of her boss's consistently positive conduct, she has developed a positive
mood and is performing well.

As a result, we have the three fundamental feelings of Kashmala.

 Enthusiasm
 Excitement
 Happiness

The dimension of all positive emotions such as satisfaction, excitement, Enthusiasm, Elated, self-
assurance, and liveliness at the higher end is covered by the positive influence in the structure of
mood. Kashmala would be more likely to receive promotions and recognition if she continues to
work with the same vitality.

Q:2

Solution:
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator The Type Indicator identified various personality styles based on
the characteristics of the individuals. Individuals are classified into the following classes.

 Extroverted and introverted

 Sensing or intuitive
 Thinking or Feeling
 Perceiving or judging

According to the traits mentioned in the question statement, Samina is an Extrovert.

Extroverts are people who enjoy socialising, communicating, and are naturally friendly. Samina's
job title is communication executive, and the role requires that she be a strong communicator
who is not wary.

The traits mentioned in the question statement are as follows.

 Confidents
 Interact with workers mean socialize.
 Communicate well.

So, in this case Samina, who works as a communication executive at a travel house, regardless of
the fact that it is a necessity of her role to be a very social and engaging type of individual, she is
such a person, and she is actually performing her duties well, believing that developing good
relationships with her employees is important for her job, she is performing her job well. Second,
she possesses perception to some degree, as they have discussed. Sensing is how you process
information and make decisions, so in the scenario provided above she possesses the ability to
first process information and then make decisions that her colleagues take very seriously.

All of these characteristics indicate that she is an extrovert who knows how to take initiative.

Question no 3.

Solution:
This is an example of emotional labor and emotional dissonance.

 Emotional labor: These are the emotions that an employee can show during an engaging
session with coworkers. Ahmad’s work requires him to communicate presentation with
clients in a courteous manner.
 Emotional dissonance: it is the difference between how a person feels and how he acts or
projects his emotions.

Like we can say when people are not connected to their work this is known as emotional
dissonance as described in the above given scenario throughout the presentation, Ahmad
colleague Salman interrupts him by asking irrelevant questions. Ahmad has to deal politely with
the customers, he eventually loses her cool and retorts back, asking him to keep her questions
and clarifications for the end of the presentation.

This will create a bad impact on his job performance. If Ahmed becomes long-term predator of
Emotional dissonance it results in the following things happen:

 Job burnout
 Declines the job performance.
 Lowers the job satisfaction.
 disappointed from your job

I believe Ahmad should find a way to express himself without hiding his feelings, as this is not a
safe practise.
