Job Title: Admin & Transport Coordinator Subordinates: 2 office boys & 2 drivers

Job Sammury
Following all trucks maintanance and rented rate with all lufkin's vendors.
Recived Irs for Traillers & Crans Required.
Following the maintenance for our building & IRS for furnituer pershasing.
Following the IRS for safety boots.

Qualifications Required
Universtiy graduate with previous experience in transport co-ordination
English Language read & write

Responsibilities:
1- Follow up on all maintanace for trucks rented and owned.
2- Coordination of hiring Traillars and Cranes for transport equipment between fields or clients' & verifing the related vendors' invoices
3- Recived Irs for Safety boots and send it to operation Coordinator and issue the matirial movement.
4- Keeping record of distribation list for lufkin give aways.
5- Making the time sheet for drivers.
6- All buillding's maintanance.
7- Recive the IRs for renting cars and request the cars from our vendors.
8- Following up for License renew for all trucks & cars (rented or owned).
9- Receiving the Local purchasing on Co. system
10 - Buying the Nestle water for billding (buy the coupons).

Other Duties
1- Responsible for the outsourced security guards and their compliance with company instructions
