Dealing with all Local Vendors and seeking new ones for better service & prices,
issuance of Local Purchase orders, some administrative tasks
Qualifications Required
Previous experinece dealing with Local vendors, very good English language, very good computer user
previous adminstrative experience, previous experience in any system using
Very good communications skills
Responsibilities:
1- Receiving the internal requests from LME different departments
2- Get offers from 2-3 differnet vendors or use the annual fixed offers we receive from vendors
3- Ordering the supplies and following up with the vendors
4- Issuing local Purchase orders on the BAAN system
5- Issuing material movment for all the local supplies
6-Issuing and receiving international Purchase order for Lufkin & Parteners on the BAAN
7- Arranging hotel reservation, Tours & travel, meet & assist.
8- Verifying vendors' invoices against offers then process the PO & invoice to the accounting department for
payment
9- Answering the phone.
10- Arranging the couriers.
Other Duties
1- Other tasks as requested.
