NO JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Coordinate closely with supplier on the delivery status and update customer accordingly
2 Timely and error free processing of customer order and follow up closely with customers on their
purchase orders, delivery status, stocks status and other ad hoc request.
3 Manage shipping documentation includes Malaysia and oversea countries documentation.
4 To monitor the inventory level to report to Operation/Customer Service Manager based on the
consumption history to ensure customers; deliveries are not disrupted.
5 Work and coordinate closely for delivery or collection arrangement to customer.
6 Work and coordinate closely on shipment arrival status and ensure smooth clearance of cargo at
designated ports.
7 Ensure timely billing to customers and processing of supplier’s invoices.
8 Proper communication and attend to customer’s inquiries, complaint and issues in coordination with
Operation/Customer Service Manager to manage the customer’s expectation and providing
customer good experience.
9 Execute, troubleshooting or solving and support daily operations and department issues
10 Assist on any reports for analysis purpose and prepare monthly KPI
11 To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
12 To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time
