Assignment 2: Individual Reading & Role Plays (5%)

Instructions:

 Obtain the handouts/reading material on “Performance Counseling” Pg 110 to 122 A.S. Kholi, T.
DEB, Performance Management, Oxford Higher Education, Oxford University Press.

 The students are required to apply the knowledge and learning (acquired from the reading material)
for the Role Play situations that will be provided in the class.

 For The Role Plays:

 multiple situations will be given and both actors and audience will have to exhibit and apply
their understanding of performance couseling.
 The course instructor will choose the students and assign roles.
 Preparation time of 7 minutes will be given to the parties and role play time will be for 5
minutes.
