eCommerce Applications

Provides web and mobile applications allowing customers the ability to shop and book
inventory. Customers are also enabled to check flight status and to change itineraries, receive
notifications via e‐mail and text, and perform airport check-in for their flights. Also, provides
customers access to their award miles for utilization. eCommerce includes the application
layers for .com, mobile web, and mobile apps.

Delta eCredits   
Delta eCredits are electronic documents that may be applied toward the cost of a Delta ticket
and any government-imposed taxes and fees for up to one year from the date they were
issued.

Delta eGift/Gift Cards   

Delta offers an electronic gift card program (eGift) with a  physical gift card product. The
Delta branded gift cards are available on delta.com  in denominations ranging from $50-$1,000
USD per card, in $5 increments.

Delta Comfort+ is available on nearly all Delta and Delta Connection aircraft system-wide.

Complimentary meal service on long-haul international flights and select long-haul domestic
flights**

Up to 3 more inches of legroom on long-haul international and select domestic flights.

In-Flight Mobile Messaging

Delta is the first U.S. global carrier* to offer free mobile messaging, providing more
customers access to free messaging than any other carrier. Free messaging will be available on
all Gogo-enabled Delta flights, including all aircraft with two or more cabins. Customers will
be able to access free messaging through Delta's Wi-Fi portal page,
airborne.gogoinflight.com. Free mobile messaging will be for text use only and does not
support the transfer of photo or video files.

History
 The company's history began with the world's first aerial crop dusting operation
called Huff Daland Dusters Inc., founded in 1925 in  Georgia[
Delta Air Service was incorporated on December 3, 1928, and named after
the Mississippi Delta region.Woolman returned to the United States and in
1928, he led a group of local investors to acquire Huff Daland Dusters assets.
17 June 1929, Delta Air Service began flying 5-passenger Travel Airs from
Dallas, Texas, to Jackson, Mississippi

In 1941, Delta moved its headquarters from Monroe to Atlanta. The company

name officially became Delta Air Lines in 1945
Delta purchased Chicago and Southern Air Lines in 1953 and flew under the
name Delta-C&S for the next two years. Delta's first international route, New
Orleans to Caracas via Havana.
In 1961, Delta's routes expanded west with the first nonstop service between
Atlanta and California. Delta acquired Northeast Airlines in 1972
In 2000, Delta partnered with AeroMéxico, Air France, and Korean Air to
form SkyTeam, a global alliance. Three years later, Delta began the largest
domestic codeshare alliance with Continental Airlines and Northwest Airlines.
The company filed for bankruptcy in 2005, citing rising fuel costs. It emerged
from bankruptcy in 2007 after fending off a hostile takeover from US Airways.
Based on all of these new initiatives, Delta projected a return to profitability by
late 2007. debt relief, lease and facility savings, and previously commenced
fleet modifications. Non-union workers' salaries were to be reduced
In 2008, Delta acquired Northwest Airlines, which continued to operate as a
wholly owned subsidiary of Delta until December 31, 2009.The two
companies' computer reservations systems and websites were combined in
2010, and the Northwest Airlines brand was officially retired.

Following a reduction in demand for air travel due to the global COVID-19

pandemic, on March 13 Delta Air Lines announced it would reduce its flight
capacity by 40 percent.
