Some numbers ate nonexistent where as in some cases, the same mobile number exists for multiple examinees. MSBTE is not sending examinees login credentials on nonexistent mobile numbers and mobile numbers attached to multiple examinees. This will enhance the load on ECs and connected institutes to contact and supply login credentials to large number of examinees. In this background, one final opportunity is given to all institutes to rectify registered mobile number of examinees for summer 2021 examination. ‘© A link showing the department wise list ofall examinees appearing for summer 2021 examination will be made available in. the MSBTE Theory examination portal (hitps/exam,msbte.ae.jn/oexanv), ‘© The existing registered mobile number for the examinee is shown in editable mode against the enrollment number of the examinee. ‘© In case, the existing number is correct, the department shall confirm it otherwise edit the number and confirm it. ‘© After all the mobile numbers in all departments are verified and confirmed, the final confirmation from the institute shall be made. ‘© The time line for this activity is from 3.00 p m on 26/6/2021 to 4.00 p m on 30/6/2021. © Corresponding RBTEs will be provided with dash board to monitor this activity.
