Sescoop - SP announces new Selection Process with monthly salaries of up to R$
6,700
The National Service for Learning Cooperatives in the State of São Paulo (Sescoop -
SP) makes public the registration of the new Selection Process, which aims to hire
high school and university-educated professionals to form a reserve register.

This selection, according to the notice, refers to the positions of full lawyer;
full agribusiness consultant; full technical consultant; full qualifying
instructor; junior administrative assistant and full communication analyst, who,
when admitted, must work in a weekly workload of 40 hours or on an exclusive
dedication basis, in the city of São Paulo, with availability for travel and
displacement, with monthly salary that alternates from R$1,954.73 to R$6,734.11,
among other benefits.

To participate, interested parties must register in person or by means of a


notarized power of attorney, from July 14, 2021 to September 15 of that same year,
respecting the dates specified for each position (Annex II), in Sescoop
headquarters, located at 1376 Treze de Maio street, Bela Vista, in the city of São
Paulo, from 9 am to 5 pm and at Cooperativa Coplacana, located at Avenida
Comendador Luciano Guidotti, nº 1937, in Piracicaba, during 9am to 5pm,

Participants enrolled in this selection will be evaluated through three stages, all
of which are eliminatory and qualifying, consisting of an assessment of knowledge
and writing, scheduled to be carried out from July 20th to September 28th, 2021;
competency assessment, with a maximum duration of up to five hours, scheduled to
take place from July 30th to October 13th, 2021; and technical interview, scheduled
for the period from August 6, 2021 to October 26 of that same year.

It is important to highlight that the knowledge assessment will consist of 30/50


questions in Portuguese language, mathematics/logic, current affairs, information
technology, cooperativism and specific knowledge, and will last between two and
three hours.

The validity period of this Selection Process will be six months and may be
extended once, for an equal period, in its entirety, or per vacancy, at Sescoop's
discretion. It is also worth noting that the approved professional will be hired
under an experience contract for a period of 90 days and, after this period, the
contract will be effective for an indefinite period.
