Honduras teachers
Overall Description

• Honduras master teachers are trained to strengthen the ICT capabilities of general
teachers in Honduras.

• In order to conduct training for general teachers in Honduras, master teachers


learn to develop training materials.

• You will learn the necessary procedures for developing training materials and to
create a portfolio of actual training materials.

Conducting training for local teachers (Basic Course)

• 42 hours for Robotics course targeting vocational high school teachers
• Basic of Arduino

• Application of teaching technology using multimedia for effective training


Evaluation of training results

• Evaluation of training course with harnessing ICALT before and after training

• Evaluation before training, and after training for assessment of changes in trainees
after training
Derivation of improvement points for preparing
next teacher training

• Master teacher will conduct the 2nd intensive training course (Advanced course)
for local teachers considering the improvement points next year

• Master teacher may draw the best way to train Honduras local teachers

Organize Master Teachers for efficient operation of the
Honduras Ministry of Education
• Appointment a General Manager to manage the all Master 16 Teachers (ICT/ Robotics Teachers)

• ICT Master Teachers (12): Selection a Team Leader (TL) among ICT master teachers
• The team leader may assign and control the development process and quality control
• Autonomously operate to make progress of training material development (guidance/management)

• Robotics Master Teacher (4): Selection a Team Leader (TL) among Robotics master teachers
• The team leader may assign and control the development process and quality control
• Autonomously operate to make progress of training material development (guidance/management)

• Honduras Ministry of Education may select and manage the General Manager, and 2 Team
Leasers
Master Teachers create a portfolio as follows #1

• Portfolio content
• Korean experts lecture on ICT literacy (Excel, Word, PPT, necessity of using ICT education) and
basic robotics lectures remotely, and write them in the following format according to the
presented PPT format.
• The development results for each process are used as the number of portfolios.
