Controlling.
scheduling is done after ng planning. after identifying all of the work packages which is tasks,
activities, outputs, planned activities and all of the people who'll do those work packages or the one's
involved in the plan we will make a time table of calendar days

Sa bawat day may naka-assign dito na isang task and people included there. Base on the time
estimates, it is indicated in the chart or table ang start, finish at progress for each activity. We are
going to schedule the project wherein each of the activities are required to be performed. Ang
objective nito ay to give the most probable ng earliest and allowable start and finish time for
each activity.
Mahalaga ang scheduling because naisasaayos nito ang schedule ng bawat people na involved, if
available ba siya sa day at hour na iyon para hindi malito ang mga taong involved and 'di magkagulo
that may result for the plan to be destroyed. baka kasi masira ang plano kapag hindi maayos ang pags-
schedule and nalilito ang mga tao.

It prepares an estimate of the likelihood of the project to be completed on or before the specified
time. There are some things that dapat ring i-consider sa scheduling phase, this is ang availability
ng mga people responsible for a particular task, estimate the expected duration of each activity in
order to have a chance na ma-adjust kung sakali mang may sudden changes on the schedule,
weather or state of the place ,people and then unexpected changes along the process.
