Since most of us already spend our daily activities on our smartphones, digital

technology has become even more crucial in the current situation. I see that
communication using our own devices is necessary for keeping in touch now that we
cannot participate in face-to-face conversation. I want to share how technology helped
me and its significant role in this pandemic. In my experience, I badly need technology
for my studies since it allows connecting students and accessing information more
easily. I was able to experience online classes, and I can say that it was challenging to
adjust at first since it was not easy to accept what's happening in our world.

Also, my online experience has been different from what I'm used to, but I must
say that technology somehow helps me adapt to these changes. Unlike other students, I
am not gifted with a WiFi connection, and I only rely on mobile data to attend my
classes. I have to admit that not all students have the privilege of a stable internet
connection and buying school materials online. However, even though these changes
are pretty unfair, I could still manage to adopt technology and continue my studies. I
was not that good at technology before, but now that we've been using it, I have learned
many things, such as using Google apps and PowerPoint. To sum it up, the
employment of technology nowadays can assure that it will genuinely assist our society
at this time of crisis. Lastly, technology teaches us how to be independent, seeing that I
am learning more about it day by day as I use it more often.
