SPINACH WITH GARLIC & LEMON

3 tsp. olive oil


4 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
16 cups spinach leaves, stemmed and washed
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Fresh ground black pepper

Sautee garlic in the olive oil. Add spinach a bit at a time until wilted.

Add salt, lemon juice, and pepper. Serve at once.
