 Engineering management is more of a technical, or skill based type of management in

handling certain projects, while public administration, is for community leaders who rise to

serve the people for the good, it may well be on area level, NGOs, or on a national level,

they're given power or authority to create decision into ensuring that the issues within a

community are fixed. Public administration needs skills on how they manage all levels of

state, only if a community is hard to handle alone there should be systematic ways on

how this could be handled. If we use engineering management publically administration

there are some things that I could consider within which public administration could go.

Management as a science may be a systematic approach on where the organization

should go, a systematized way into categorizing the degree of urgency of the tasks that

are needed to be accomplished, engineering management would give more inputs when it

involves technical inputs and find better solutions in fixing each problems. The only

problem that I could think about is the cost in resources that will spend altogether of

those, the person hours, finance, and staffing, since engineering management would lean

towards not just the accomplishment of the task, but to the effectiveness of the task

likewise, for instance if a broken road is being fixed, as an engineering manager, it'd

require you to think about ways for the road not to be broken after only some years,

except for the road to be sturdy a way higher budget is required, and more specialized

workers likewise. With the limited budget publically administration it may well be a

controversy. I currently add Holy Angel University a non-public church school situated in

Angeles City, the institution has been around since 1933, and is proud for being one

amongst the simplest schools. As a teacher myself, we always confirm there's a

systematized way of learning, like creating syllabus, lesson plans, and other ways for the

scholars to address the new normal. Engineering management is seen all around us, not

just from creating syllabus, but the delegation of task is additionally a component of

engineering management, knowing the specialization of every instructor would help in

 ensuring that the syllabus created and therefore, the subject they're teaching is well

presented to the scholars in order that they'll be able to soak more knowledge. These are

just some application of engineering management in our organization.
