1. Detailed instructions for using the StatsBook are available in the StatsBook Manual, available at
https://wftda.org/stats
PLEASE NOTE: The host league is responsible for turning in the completed StatsBook and signed IGRF to WFTDA
Sanctioning; however, Sanctioning will accept documents from either team. Captains from both teams should also
receive a copy of the completed StatsBook and signed IGRF.
Please do not abbreviate your league or team when naming documents for sanctioning.

WFTDA Expulsion-Suspension Form ‘Expulsion-Suspension Form’ revision 180124
This form should be completed and signed for any expulsion in a game. Statements are not required and may be continued on the reverse side. All signatures certify receipt of the form and one's own statement;
it does not express agreement with the statement(s) of others. Any party who may, and chooses to, recommend a suspension should check the appropriate box next to their contact information.
For WFTDA-sanctioned games, the expulsion must be recorded on the IGRF in the appropriate section. Return signed and completed Expulsion/Suspension forms to WFTDA Sanctioning with the completed
StatsBook and signed IGRF. These will be filed with the game documentation. If any party wishes to have an incident reviewed by the Games Review Panel (GRP), indicate this on the IGRF at the time of signature.
Any appeals may be filed with the WFTDA GRP at grievance@wftda.com.

The WFTDA
Founded in 2005, the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) promotes and fosters the sport of women's
flat track roller derby by facilitating the development of athletic ability, sportswomanship, and goodwill among
member leagues.
The governing philosophy of the WFTDA is “by the skaters, for the skaters.” Female skaters are primary owners,
managers, and/or operators of each member league and of the association. Operational tasks include setting
standards for rules, seasons, and safety, and determining guidelines for the national and international athletic
competitions of member leagues.
All WFTDA member leagues have a voice in the decision-making process, and agree to comply with the governing
body's policies.

Advice for Printing

There are significant variations in print formatting across different software, operating systems, and printers. Use your
software's preview function on every sheet you intend to print, and adjust margins, scaling, and page breaks as necessary. Save
that copy of the StatsBook as your master blank copy, and set up games in duplicates of that file. Always check the Preview
again before printing.
The StatsBook is designed to be printed in color or greyscale.

January 24, 2018 - Major Changes since February 1, 2017

1. IGRF: Officiating roster columns reorganized, filling in HR and HNSO will populate names in signature section,
filling in captain names in signature section will populate Expulsion/Suspension forms
2. Score: Jammer number conditional formatting fixed to differentiate leading zeros
3. Penalties: All penalty codes and descriptions updated, conditional formatting added to validate penalty codes
4. Lineups: Clarification to instructions on box notations, fixed header to match order of other forms
5. Game Summary: Adding combined blocker/pivot ("pack") +/- and VTAR columns
6. Penalty Summary: All penalty types updated
7. Whiteboards: Sheet deleted, replaced with Rosters sheet
8. Penalty Box: Changed number format of Skater # column
February 1, 2017 - Major Changes since January 3, 2015

1. Most of Read Me removed; StatsBook Manual contains all of that information, in more detail.
2. Score: some labels changed, StatsBook Manual updated.
3. Lineups: explanation for 3 updated, per Rules changes.
4. Expulsion/Suspension & Official Review Forms: updated to provide more useful information for Sanctioning.
5. Penalty Box: order of team printing more consistent with rest of sheets.
6. SK: some labels changed to match Score.
January 3, 2015 - Major Changes since April 21, 2014

1. Sheet instructions removed; StatsBook Manual exists.
2. IGRF changes for better data capture/tracking.
3. Added OS Offset sheet to permit error adjustments to Official Score.
4. Lineups: new symbol added for tracking continued penalty service.
5. Lineups: rosters adjusted slightly to allow more room for LT notes.
6. Removed legacy sheets (to be released as modules).
April 21, 2014 - Major Changes since March 7, 2014

1. Missing formulas on Score tab now exist.
2. Non-skater expulsions now counted toward team total penalties, but not skater totals.
3. Jams Played Totals on Game Summary now reflects Star Passes properly, again.
4. Skater +/- calculations fixed.
5. Fully GAME compliant now; no more bouts.
6. Btwn Jams column added to Penalty Box sheets.
7. Instructions for Star Passes added.
March 7, 2014 -- Major Changes since March 8, 2013

1. Extensive changes to Lineups sheet; no more opposing Jammer lap counting.
2. Penalty counts go to 9 per skater; bench expulsions now tracked separately.
3. Conditional formatting on Score and Lineups, to warn when Skater number NOT on IBRF is entered.
4. Many merged cells removed; many changes to formulas to reflect that.
5. Excel 2003/2004 no longer officially supported.
March 8, 2013 -- Major Changes since January 3, 2013

1. Bout Summary sheet has PTS FOR and PTS AGAINST calculating properly.
2. Penalty Summary sheet has been simplified, extra row of labeling added.
3. Period numbers on Actions and Errors sheets corrected. Some columns widths changed.
4. Team colors populate from first row of Score sheet.
5. Many cell comments revised for accuracy.
January 3, 2013 -- Major Changes since October 17, 2012

1. All references to minor penalties removed.
2. Separate 16-skater and 20-skater versions consolidated to a single 20-skater version.
3. Skaters with leading 0s in their numbers have stats calculated correctly.
4. Document header information made larger and clearer on all worksheets.
5. The row color on some forms was changed away from pink.
6. Most forms have revised instructions.
7. Forms now support 38 jams per period.
8. Added new penalty code 'Z' for Delay of Game.
9. Removed NOTT point tracking to be consistent with WFTDA Standard Officiating Practices. A version of the Score form
with NOTT points is still available for use.
Known Issues
1. Some computers have had problems opening the document in OpenOffice 3.4.1. Use LibreOffice 5.2.x or newer.
2. The verbal cue hints only cover the established verbal cues provided.
3. Roster notes in Lineups constrained by total number of jams. The Skaters listed in positions 19 & 20 do not have as
generous space for notes.
4. Conditional formatting may not behave as desired in Excel 2007 or LibreOffice. There are limitations in those applications'
feature sets.
