Regner Cynthia and Teresa were daughters of
Cynthia, being a donee, is
v. Luis in the first marriage. Victoria, the
Logarta daughter in the second marriage,
alleged that the Cynthia and Teresa
defrauded their father into a deed of
donation. 
Victoria filed a complaint to annul the
deed of donation, however, the sheriff
could not deliver the summons to
Cynthia and Teresa since they are not
residing in the Philippines. Instead, it
was only after years when the summons
to Cynthia was served when she came
to the Philippines.
