Economic Aspect

The RDPL Online Accounting Review plays an important role in the development of the country.
Business will give opportunities, which will provide the needs of the people and economy. The
business is responsible to pay all the needed taxes to contribute to the economy when it
expands to a larger scale of business. Venturing into the business will provide a means to
minimize the unemployment rate. Taxes and fees due to the business operations will also help
the government to strain economic progress.

Industry Analysis

Industry analysis is a crucial part of the study. It will help the proponents to define the
attractiveness of the businesses’ services in the market. Similarly, it will determine the
importance of the proposed industry to the market. Industry analysis is the assessment tool
designed to define the ideas to support the business and its industry. It will discern the similar
organizations and businesses competing in the same location, and will serve as a basis of what
sources of change or innovation will be adapted in the business. RDPL Online Accounting
Review might enter service industry, that can help aspiring accountants convinient way in their
review and preparation for board exam. Online Accounting Review has services to offer, like
giving client an up to date modules and lectures about accounting, the business also focuses in
6 subjects that can be a sources of question in CPALE. RDPL Online Accounting Review has an
absolute advantage over other competitors having an application that can download
accounting lectures and module that can easily access by the client. Currently, the business has
its competitors namely: CPAR, ReSA, PRTC, ACE- CRC Review School, Inc and Center for Training
and Development, Inc.

The size for the office space to be paid for lease for our Online Accounting Review has an
estimated size of 100 square meters.

2. Topography

South Luzon Expressway, Alabang has a longitude of 121.0412, latitude of 14.4071. It has an
elevation of 11 meters/36 feet with a Barometric Pressure of 101 KPa. The office of RDPL Online
Accounting Review is located along the borders of Laguna, Cavite, and Muntinlupa, where the
target market is possibly residing.

List of Competitors

There are already existing review centers that offer online reviews. NRC is an
online review center offered by the National Review Center, one of the premier CPA Review
Center. Second on the list is REO which is the digital education service arm of Real Excellence
Publishing organized to deliver CPA review service though online platform utilizing mobile
phone apps or desktop web-based applications.There is also Reviewer-online.com which
already created more than 300 CPAs since its operations in 2007. As well, Traditional Review
Centers such as CPAR, ReSA, PRTC, ACE- CRC Review School, Inc and Center for Training and
Development, Inc are considered as competitors for the reason that some reviewees consider
enrolling to the traditional review centers more effective.
Competitor's Analysis

CPA Review School of the Philippines (CPAR)

The CPA Review School of the Philippines or CPAR, as it is popularly known, was founded on
October 31, 1976 by seven individuals inspired by common passion and enthusiasm for
accounting education. CPAR is located at the CPAR Building, 837 F. Cayco Street, Sampaloc
1008, Metro Manila.

Advantages Disadvantages

 the building is spacious during regular  no video camera during combined


classes, making it more comfortable classes (am/pm sessions), so the room
and relaxed to study where the reviewer is, gets crowded.
 comfort rooms with cubicles are Reviewers in the other rooms just
provided in each floor listen to the voice of the reviewers
 materials may or may not be enough,
depending on the reviewee of course.
As for me, I needed ReSA's Taxation
and MAS hand-outs. There are no
lecture notes in the hand-outs except
for Auditing Theory and MAS.
RESA Review School, Inc.

The Review School of Accountancy (ReSA) was established in November 2000 by former CPAR
reviewers to offer comprehensive and quality CPA review course to B.S. Accountancy hopefuls
who intend to take the CPA Licensure Examination conducted by the Board of Accountancy of
the Professional Regulations Commission. ReSA also offers comprehensive review or refresher
courses to students of requesting schools and universities. It is located at 5th Floor CMFFI
Building, 813 cor. R. ,Papa and S. Loyola Sts. Sampaloc, Manila.

Advantages Disadvantages

 during combined classes, they use  located in the 5th floor - if you're late,
video camera and projectors so that there's no elevator to use
reviewees from other rooms could see  only one restroom for ladies with few
the reviewer cubicles - long line starts to build
