 The documents mentioned here are merely indicative & not exhaustive and may be
subject to change

 Documents will be collected by our representatives within 4 days of receiving the SMS

 Due to on the ongoing Covid situation, there might be a delay in picking the documents

 Issuance of credit Card is at the sole discretion of the bank and is subjected to banks
internal approval criteria.

 List of Acceptable Photo Id for Add on Applicant

o Pan Card
o Driving License
o Passport
o Voter’s ID
o Aadhar Card
o National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGA) Card (If it contains
photo)
 List of Acceptable Address Proof for Add on Applicant
o Driving License
o Passport
o Voter’s ID
o Aadhar Card
o National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGA) Card (If it contains
photo)
o Identity Card issued to employees of Govt. Organisations where the Applicant’s
Photo and Address is mentioned

 The additional Applicant(s) and Primary holder agrees to be bound by the Terms &
Conditions of the Cardmember Agreement earlier executed by Primary Holder.
