City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO)

Covid-19 Preventive Measures

In strict observance of the prescribed minimum health standard, the public is still
advised of the following protocols in transacting with us, namely:
1. Before entry:
a. Wearing of face mask (no-mask no-entry policy)
b. Sanitizing of hands
c. Sanitizing of shoes
d. Queuing up and physical distancing
e. Registering in the log-book
2. While inside the office:
a. Wearing of face mask at all times
b. Ensuring 1-meter distance between fellow clients and or CENRO
employees
c. Avoid shaking of hands with anyone
d. Avoid making casual conversation with anyone
e. Sanitizing of hands before and after the transactions
Given the limited capacity of our office space, and in strict compliance with
physical distancing, only a maximum of three clients at a time inside the office is
allowed. Should there be piling up of clients, others may queue up outside, or
may have the option to return at a specific time during the day, provided that
they give their contact numbers to the CENRO Officer-of-the-Day.
While we shall entertain all transactions relative to all CENRO services, we
encourage the public to consider, for convenience, the use of internet (Facebook,
Messenger and electronic mail), telephone and or mobile phones in conveying
your concerns with us particularly on queries, complaints, request for assistance,
request for certificate to cut tree, and the like. This is to ease up possible
congestion in our office and thus minimize public exposure. Thank you for your
understanding. Stay safe Angelenos!
