Reflection:

The essential elements of the process of communication are the message, the sender, encoding,
the channel, the receiver, decoding, acting on the message, the feedback, and the
communication environment.

Both the sender and the receiver play a role in making communication effective. Our ability to
communicate efficiently relies on mutual understanding. Communication takes many forms these
days, including electronic messages and social media post.

Communicating effectively is very important in today's challenging times that people need to
really consider for them to improve on. People need to understand that every day we all have a
lot of opportunities to improve our communication skills and we should not be scared to talk or
to express our thoughts in interacting and communicating with others.
