Describe the main sections of the RFP content and what they should
include as follows:
a. Summarise the main components: Scope, deliverables etc..)
b. Sketch a preliminary Gantt chart
c. What do you expect to be critical path of the project
d. What approach would you suggest for such project?
e. What are the risks involved
f. If you are a contractor, what would your offer constitute
g. Discuss the evaluation system and its impact
Bearing in mind the following conditions:
The contractor must submit a design for the necessary building and civil
works requirements including utilities (electricity, water, firefighting etc..)
List your requirements for training, maintenance and support
