training centre company “V2 LLC”, outline the main sections’ titles
and summary description for the following:
a. A brief business plan
b. Issue an RFP to purchase the simulator
c. Setup an Excel model to show how will you evaluate the
proposals received from 2 vendors, taking into account the
following weights 10% experience, 20% installed base, 30%
software, 30% hardware/mechanical systems, 5% training, 5%
maintenance and support
d. Use attachment sample to sketch a schedule for the project
and indicate the critical path and project duration given that
