 Hotel & Other Service

 Recommended hotels are comfortable and equipped with all basic amenities.

 Tented camps in Rajasthan are seasonal in nature and offer basic services.

 Heritage properties may not have the latest amenities, but their timeless beauty has a
charm of its own.

 Certain hotels in Rajasthan may not have a direct access road. Hence, the transfer
vehicle will drop you at the nearest point to the hotel; hereon you would have to hire a
porter to carry your luggage till the hotel (on a direct payment basis).

 For all extra bed requests, an extra mattress will be provided in the room instead of an
extra bed (depending upon the hotel category booked).
 Tours & Transfers
 Vehicles offered will run as per the itinerary.

 The Govt. authorities have put a mandatory cap of 80 Kmph speed limit on all commercial
vehicles, hence please adhere to the departure timings to reach your next destination on time
and do not pressurize the driver to drive fast.

 Please be on time for your tours and transfers. Keeping in mind the safety of our guests, we
strictly follow the 'no night time driving' rule. Do stick to the scheduled departure time so as to
reach the next destination latest by 20:00 hrs on the given day.

 Vehicles provided are air-conditioned and well maintained; during the day, especially in
summer, the air-conditioner will take time to cool the vehicle.

 Road conditions in Rajasthan are good and make for a comfortable drive with picturesque
views, especially between Bikaner, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. It is, however, suggested that you
keep water bottles and light snacks handy for long trips.
 Tours & Transfers
 Most of the monuments are closed on Sundays. However, some might remain closed on
some other day of the week due to their weekly maintenance.

 Some of the monuments are not easily accessible for the differently-abled.

 Entrance fees for monuments, museums etc. will have to be paid on the tour on direct
payment basis unless included in the holiday services booked by you .

 Vehicles can go up to a designated point at all monuments and sightseeing spots. Hereon,
you will have to either walk, hire a jeep or take an elephant/camel ride (on direct payment
basis).

 Ranthambore Safari has limited seats; don’t miss out on a close encounter with Sambar deer,
sloth bears, wild boars and even the majestic tiger. Book in advance on the official website of
the National Park: http://fmdss.forest.rajasthan.gov.in/ (at an additional cost), unless included
in the holiday services booked by you.

 Please take prior permission before clicking pictures of locals, shops, stalls, etc.

 Guides are not included, unless specified otherwise .

 Be aware of local/fake guides during your visit to any monument or local markets.

 Drivers would understand English but may not be fluent in speaking it. Be patient and polite,
especially while raising concerns.
