Arepaisaleña arises as a way to produce in a homemade and traditional way the

elaboration of arepas from corn with integrated grains such as oats, flaxseed and
soybeans, giving as finished its elaboration in firewood, in order to offer a product to
the local market in various presentations for the consumption of Colombian families,
these can take accompaniments such as meat, corn, cheese, etc.
Its estimated price is viable in the family basket and for its traditional components
