EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE GENERAL PTA BOARD ASSSEMBLY HELD AT CABANCALAN
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 1 E-CLASSROOM ON DECEMBER 12, 2018 RESOLVING THE YEAR-ROUND
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR HONORARIUM FOR THE VOLLEYBALL TRAINOR

WHEREAS, the General Parents and Teachers Association and Board of Directors of Cabancalan
Elementary School 1 had its meeting on the 12 th day of December 2018 at the E-Classroom 1:00 p.m.
with the presence of the majority of GPTAO and BOD, Note: Three officers were absent but they made
notification.

WHEREAS, The GPTAO and BOD of CES 1 has been discussing the following:
a. Christmas Party
b. Tupperware Raffle Draw
c. Future Plans for the Grade Four Displaced Classes
d. CAB1ES Volleyball Team for CVIRAA
* Trainers Honorarium
e. Other Matters
WHEREAS, The GPTAO and BOD of CES 1 has been discussing as to when to start giving the trainer’s
hononarium, most importantly the purpose of having it.

WHEREAS, The GPTAO and BOD of CES 1 agreed that from December 2018 to February 2019, the GPTA
will give ₱ 2,000.00 for the trainer’s honorarium in 3 months taken from the general fund.

WHEREAS, The GPTAO and BOD of CES 1 also discussed on the support given to the volleyball team who
will represent Mandaue City Division for CVIRAA is a great honor and fame to our school as well as the
development of the child not only academically but holistically and such achievement radiate to learners
not to limit their skills, talents and abilities.

RESOLVED, it is hereby resolved that the GPTAO and BOD of CES 1 will help each other in order to have a
successful undertaking.

RESOLVED FURTHER, it is hereby resolved that the President of the Association and the Principal of CES
1 has the full authority in the implementation of the said financial support to the players.
