SERVICE PR GENERATION FROM WBS LEVEL :

Keep the cursor on Service for which the PR to be generated. Right click on Service (Excavation)-> Select CREATE ->Activity (Service)
Enter Activity Description & VENDOR,Out put Agreement No. ,Purchase group ,Material Group from drop down menu and press ENTER.
Enter Service No. from drop down menu and press ENTER. Than enter Quantity and Basic Cost .

Click to BACK button and than click to SAVE button.

Once again you have to enter into the project and select the service activity under the service WBS ,you will find out the Service PR No.
