Background on Simon Clark and the S Clark Constructions Pty Ltd company.

Simon Clark commenced his working life in the building industry in 1989 as an apprentice electrician
at the age of 16. After completing his apprenticeship and while still working for an employer. Simon
worked on renovating his first home. From there he progressed to establishing Simon Clark Electrical
Pty Ltd in 1997 with 1 employee (Simon Clark having 9 years experience in the electrical industry).
Within 4 years the business grew and Simon employed 4 staff on the tools and an office manager.

While operating this core business Simon Clark undertook many other projects as an owner builder,
building and selling houses. using his experience and expertise from operating Simon Clark Electrical
Pty Ltd.

In 2010 Simon while operating Simon Clark Electrical, he studied building and construction and
applied for his Domestic Builder Manager Licence. With his DB-M Licence, Simon’s focus moved
towards building townhouse developments and houses in the Company name of Taminvest Pty Ltd.
In September 2015 after obtaining commercial builders limited licence, Simon’s focus changed again
with him looking to build more commercial buildings and commencing a new commercial building
company named S Clark Constructions Pty Ltd.
