The Law On Obligations and Contracts

My initial feeling towards this subject is that I have a little bit scared in my heart
because in the first place sometimes I do not have self -confidence to act as myself and
also for the recitation, I thought that this subject since it involves law course needs me
to put more speech and talking and explaining to people about what law states in the
online class and the teacher will need us to make a lot of presentations to prepare us for
the practical business law world. I, therefore, felt fear and hate about the subject as a
whole but at the end, this subject taught me to develop my self-confidence and my skills
to cooperate to others. For some person/people this subject is all about nothing for
them. They do not give their time and attention to this subject because for them it will
not help for them on their lives they think that this is a joke. I can not blame them
because that is their opinion. As a student this subject has a big help for us especially in
our country. We need to exert a lot of efforts and make time to survive this course. I also
feel a little bit frightened and agitated because I know that it will be going to be a tough
battle for me in surpassing my anxiety about failures and encountering hardships as
well, but despite of all the worries I have felt, I still see myself being a little bit excited,
because I consider it as a challenge for me to make myself even more persevere and It
will serve to be my motivation to even widen my patience and even strengthens my faith
and courage at the same time. I know that difficulties will always be present but
dedication always win. It just need to have an any aspect of determination I must
possessed with, because it surely matters in order to gain confidence and be victorious
in the end.. We know as a student, it is not easy in all times, there are times that we need
to sacrifice because of our dreams that we need to achieve it. I already learned a lot of
things. Things that are not only related to this subject but also the things that could be
useful and can be apply in our future. We need to be strong independent person to
protect ourselves to those who do not know our obligations in this country.

However, In behalf of our semester journey, I somehow noticed that my feelings

changed from time to time, because despite of all the struggles and fear I encountered
especially during this Pandemic we faced, I still found myself blissful and well-
motivated by those people that surrounds me during my hard times in understanding
those Law lessons we had tackled. It is just that before our class started, I will extremely
felt nervous but as the days passed by, I discover that I can still manage those anxieties
about having a failing result during our quizzes/exams days. Plus the ambiance or
should I say, the virtual atmosphere I liked about during our online class. I admit that I
somehow felt unhappy about some several adjustments I have take in as this pandemic
starts few months ago. By these, I therefore conclude that my emotion a midst this
subject matter being unfairly divided, because there are some areas in Obligations and
Contracts that I considered difficult but above all, most areas in this specialization I still
considered as an easy ones to understand, I just simply need to widen even more my
patience in coping those difficulties I have take into in order to treat most areas as a
simple and easy one to grasp with. And also, my feelings changed in the course of the
semester because what I had initially thought about the subject was totally different
from what was actually taught in the lecture session because you ma’am teach us
harmonized the theory in a simple and interactive way that made the whole class
experience enjoyable which made the subject matter easy for me to grasp. You teach us
on how to stand on our own to encourage us to strive hard. Giving us difficult situations
so it can help us to express our ideas to share in front of my classmates. It is normal to
be shy first but when I speak in front of my classmates made me realized that I can do it,
I can learn more and having a self-confidence to defend my opinion. There is no
learning will flow and no effective answers if we stuck on our shyness. Let the shyness
forget it and learn to find our voice out.

In addition, the particular topic that caught my attention is the law of torts because by
studying it I was able to know how I can defend my business someday against a financial
loss that stems from the unlawful actions of others and that limits the ability of the
business to operate normally. I was also able to know the forms of torts that can affect
my company when I start one in the future and therefore, I will be able to hold those
who will cause harm to my company responsible. Also, I have been able to learn how I
can be able to discourage other entrepreneurs on how to avoid making certain mistakes
and therefore avoid paying fines that follow the tort judgments.
For me, there is a way in making my study notable or a way in making it even more
significant and that is in having a Time Management when it comes to my studies and
having some leisure activities as a part of my weekly meditation. So by this way, I can
make my study in Obligation and Contracts even more significant. It is just in a matter
of Balancing my time between studies and activities for I know that having some
exercises will make me physically healthy and mentally healthy as well during my
studies. So, I believed that attaining some activities will greatly influenced my study
habits in a most effective and essential matter. In addition, I also need to handle my
emotions and so, in reducing my stress level in a more beneficial way. I know that there
is no such thing that is already easy since then, It requires strong foundation of courage
to exclude those toxic mindset of mine in getting into failures. In order to make my
studies more significant in this subject, I could have been more engaging with you
ma’am where I would have asked as many questions as possible which would make me
understand more on areas that I was not able to grasp well. Also, I would have started
with a more positive attitude towards the subject which would have set me at a bar
higher when I starting to pursue this course someday on my studies. The time I took to
beat the negative feelings about the subject with positive would equally have been
satisfying as the rest of the semester.

Consequent to making the study more enjoyable and effective, I would suggest that to
make this study in Obligation and Contracts more effective and enjoyable and that is to
"Be Optimistic"in considering hardships as a challenge and "Be Passionate"in
everything you do, even if you have feel degraded during your downfalls, you must still
look on the very first reason why you've started this battle and why you have chose this
course over anything else even if life offers you more option. In addition to these, You
must treat those failures as a motivation to strive even more harder because It will gave
you an effective learning's and lessons by your chosen course and to make your study
enjoyable, you must appreciate and cherish all your struggles from time to time to keep
on being motivated and inspired to just keep on going and you must not forget to smile
even you would cried a lot and had felt several pain a midst all the disappointments you
had just encountered and been experienced. Always keep in mind that failures will be
always be a part of an individual's success. Even if life hit you so hard, You must need to
stand still and keep your feet on the ground. Studying Laws will still be enjoyable for It
will give you so much knowledge and will waken up your wisdom by those things that
once made you curious and nothing about.And before the lectures start, the lecturer
should first make the students feel like part of the learning process and they should tell
them that they should not confuse fun with failure, therefore they should approach the
subject in a fun way. This is because finding ways that make the learning experience
enjoyable will impact a positive attitude towards the subject. Also, I would suggest that
students should improve their focus and avoid cram sessions. The students should
structure their study time which is an effective way to start. As a student/individual we
should know and have learning about this subject in order to know the right as a
person.. I must also suggest to make the study of this course more effective and
enjoyable by encouraging is that, first the students to listen in all your discussions and
then you ask them a questions if they are very clear on your explanation, if not, you will
discussed again the topic to understand them. Anyone can defend his or her right
through the legal system. In that way your students must be participate with having a
good vibes and can learn more different. Second, always be able to guide them as their
educator and good listener. Third, you need to show them the positive looks that can not
affect to their studies. Motivating your students can help them to show that they are
belong on your topic discussion. Lastly, you will give them an a motivational messages
before it ends the discussion of your lesson to encourage them to continuing their
dreams and teach us to not giving up so easily when they have the opportunity to give
up. It will realize their efforts, time and hard work in this subject was valuable and
importance.

If I will be given a chance to be interested in studying more about other branches of the
Law, My answer would be "Yes!"because great opportunity comes once in a lifetime , so
why I should refuse If I, Myself will still have a benefits in order gain additional
knowledge and ideas specifically more about branches of the Law. I also therefore
believed that It will be all essential in order to gain fundamental learning's which related
to different kinds of Law. Certain areas of law, particularly contract and tort, deal with
different types of human action but are so similar in places that they often run out just
as the other one starts. As you usually learn only a few topics at a time you may not
understand one fully until you have covered the next one. It is absolutely normal to feel
a little like you are in the dark to begin with, although universities try to organize the
courses so that the first year exams at least can stand on their own. For instance, makes
a good first year subject because it is easy to get to grips with the ideas and it does not
overlap too much with any other area. It is just important to know that if you study Land
law before other areas, it is not a problem if you do not fully understand what a trust is
because that will come next. Above all, Law outrageously became part of our daily lives
because It is the one that lead as to which way we should across with and which one is
not. And It is the Branches of Law that will fully waken up my mind in generating
specified knowledge that will make me fully aware of. And of course for a future
purposes someday when I become a successful and professional one. And it is part of
the subject that we need to study. We have the opportunity to learn more that is why we
need to take this opportunity to help our future also in the country. It offers the
opportunity to develop a range of skills and explore many aspects of human life. It gives
you the chance to sharpen your mind, strengthen your understanding and deepen your
experiences in this subject. I can be able to anticipate the legal needs of my dream
company and be able to comprehend how laws and regulations impact businesses in
both positive and negative ways. This is because laws are becoming and regulations in
many areas of business are becoming stricter than in the past and therefore, I will be
able to integrate laws and regulations into processes.

In conclusion, Obligation and Contracts as a subject is key since it is shaping the

business of today and that of tomorrow, it is through business law that businesses will
thrive and the right litigation processes are understood which makes the environment
for entrepreneurship conducive. Also, by including a positive and close relationship
between the students and the lecturers, then the learning process will ultimately bear
positive rewards.
