The company started the operations for the year 2008-09 on a very positive note.
But Later the company suffered major loss. The company approached the bank for
an additional term loan of 3.5 crores which is expected shortly.

The trial production of the new perfume “ROSIE” is successfully completed, and
the company expects to commence as early as possible in this year.

The product trial was to be reviewed by the Quality Manager Mr.Riktesh Khanna
but due to some emergency he won't be able to do it in time.

The unanimity of the current forecasts is not a certain evidence of impending
business acceleration. Hence, the new product launch is postponed as per our
plans.
 EXHIBIT-3
The company will conduct a review meeting to address the problems of the
workers in a reasonable and realistic manner. The issues will be dealt with
discipline in order to maintain the loyalty of office and to uphold the traditions of
the organization.
 EXHIBIT-4
There are multiple reasons due to which the workers are facing the
apprehensions/problems. They can be:

1. Unrealistic goal set

2. Irresolution in terms of minimum wage and other company benefits.
3. External influences
4. Incorrect self-appraisal of strengths and weaknesses.
5. Negative feedback by the representatives of the trade union.

The HR Manager will address this problem and appoint counsellors to counsel
them and orient them to the companies and ethos. Sufficient funds are allocated
for the salaries of the counsellors and the training programs for the workers.

The project report on ROSIE was due yesterday. It is mandatory for our
strategic plan to execute the project in time. Please, submit the report by 5p.m
tomorrow.
