        Mr. Sanjay Govind Dhande, Respondent No.1, is present in person. He also represents R -2 &
3.

        No one appears on behalf of Respondent No.4 [ICICI Bank, Pune Branch]. 

   

As per the office report, no reply has been filed on behalf of Appellant No.4 till today and thus
directions made on the earlier occasion have not been complied with.  Ld. counsel for the Appellant
was informs that the rejoinder has already been filed.

 Mr. Sanjay Govind Dhande, Respondent No.1 is present in person  and he also represents as R-2 &
R-3. 

Mr. Meka Venkata Ramakrishna, Advocate is present on behalf of R-4 and R-5.

Perusal of the records shows that the reply on behalf of Respondent Nos.1, 2 & 3 was filed on
9.8.2018. So far, no rejoinder has been filed on behalf of Appellant.  Ld. counsel for R-4 & 5 again
seeks 10 days time to file the reply.  He submits that the draft of the reply has been sent to the
authorized person in Mumbai and he is waiting for its return.  In the interest of justice, 10 days time
is granted, making it clear that if the reply is not filed till 12.11.2018, this appeal would be listed
before Hon’ble Tribunal with a request that an order to close the opportunity for filing the reply by
the respondents [No.4 & 5] be passed.

           Fix 14th November, 2018 for further orders.
